Heidi Klum Joins America’s Got Talent Judging Panel

HEIDI KLUM has joined the America's Got Talent judging panel.The model will sit alongside current mentors; presenter Howard Stern and comedian Howie Mantel; as well as fellow new addition, former Spice Girl Melanie Brown.

The model Tweeted her delight last night, saying:"Excited to join @howardstern @howiemandel @officialmelb and @nickcannon on @ncbagt as new judge!Will be so fun!"

Rapper-cum-actor - and husband of Mariah Carey - Nick Cannon, will host the programme for another series.Klum and Brown replace Sharon Osbourne, who announced her departure from the show last year.

"I just arrived in New Orleans, and it was hard to go to sleep last night," Klum told People, ahead of shooting her first round of auditions."I'm not sure who will be more nervous though - me or the contestants!"

The 39-year-old is a television veteran, having previously hosted Project Runway and appeared as a judge on Germany's Next Top Model.
